In a fight against food waste, contestants must cook a delicious dish from ingredients headed to the dumpster. Their pantry is a pile browing bananas, wilted vegetables and meat offcuts. The top dish scores a special prize from DBS who are campaigning to reduce food waste in Singapore, while the bottom contestants go into one of the hardest of all MasterChef challenges – Keeping up with the Chef.
